Flint Registry Referral Process
One of the goals of the Flint Registry team is to make referrals bridging the gap between participants and service providers to support recovery and wellness. We focus on resources related to child development, nutrition, environmental lead elimination, and overall health. Referrals are made to services and resources that address one or more of these priority areas.

How the Referral Process Works
The referral process begins with our Flint Registry surveys. For direct referrals, you must complete the survey and provide consent to be connected with referral services. Based on your survey responses, you may be referred to appropriate services, and a service provider will contact you directly to help connect you with available resources.

Participants can also complete the Flint Registry survey without consenting to receive referrals. We want to make sure you have access to the services that are available, especially as you participate in the Flint Registry. Through an indirect referral, we provide you with information about relevant services and resources, empowering you to contact service providers or organizations directly, ask questions, and determine whether a service is right for you.

The Flint Registry also provides resource guides for behavioral health, nutrition, mentoring, and other services. These resources can help you connect with a broader range of services and support. Additional information and resource guides are available on our website and are linked below.
