Summer 2026

We hope you are heading into a great summer season.

We have updates regarding our new survey, community events, and our latest annual report.

Thank you for being part of the Flint Registry – a public health project for people impacted by the Flint water crisis.

We’re here for you, here for families, here for Flint.

News and Updates

Annual Report

The 2025 report highlights health concerns, connections to services, and strengthening community engagement over a decade after the Flint water crisis.

The annual report also looks at future priorities, including continued surveys and deeper engagement with residents. In summer 2026, the Flint Registry’s new survey will focus on issues identified as most important by the community, including current well-being, mental health, and access to resources.

New 2026 Mini Follow-Up Survey

The Flint Registry connects people to services, studies how the Flint water crisis has affected health, and supports wellness and recovery. We want to stay connected and help families get the support they need. We want to hear from everyone, even if you no longer live in Flint, you do not think the water made you sick, or you are healthy. Your survey helps share the experiences of people affected by the Flint water crisis.

Invitations for the 2026 Mini Follow-Up Survey started arriving in May and will be coming throughout the next couple of months. Please watch your mail and email for your invite.

Your feedback is important and helps improve programs and policies that support public health. After you complete the survey, you will receive a $25 electronic gift card by email as a thank you.

Thank you for being part of the Flint Registry. What we have learned has helped improve the health of Flint Registry members and support other communities recovering from crises.

Did You or Your Child Recently Turn 18?

When you turn 18 years old, you are considered an adult and must complete health surveys for yourself with your contact information. As a child, a parent or guardian enrolled you in the Flint Registry and completed surveys on your behalf.

If you have turned 18 since originally enrolling, we kindly ask that you update your contact information to be able to complete future surveys. It is necessary for new adults to update their contact information and confirm their desire to continue to participate as an adult member of the Flint Registry.

As a thank you for updating your contact information, you’ll receive a $20 electronic gift card upon verification. This incentive is exclusively for Flint Registry participants who were enrolled as children and have since reached the age of 18.

Update contact information by visiting the following link below.

If you have any questions or need support completing the survey, please reach out to us at 833-GO-FLINT (833-463-5468).
