Flint, MI, October 2021 – The Flint Registry partners with local organizations and businesses to host a Trunk or Treat at The New Standard Academy on Friday, October 22, from 4:00-7:00p.
Free pumpkins will be given to the first 400 youth with an opportunity to decorate on-site. A photo booth, pizza, candy, and other activities will be available to students as well.
The Trunk or Treat is designed to provide a safe opportunity for trick or treating and community connection.
Pumpkins are provided courtesy of DREAMS: Developing Respectful Educated Aspiring Minds with Sports and their Green DREAMS Pumpkin Patch. Pumpkin painting will be led by Paints, Chalice, and Hues. Flint ReCAST (Resiliency in Communities After Stress and Trauma) is providing youth activities. The Flint Registry is excited to sponsor and work with local partners to make this a special event in the Flint Community.
