Flint, MI – The Flint Registry and Michigan State University Charles Stewart Mott Department of Public Health are partnering with the Gloria Coles Flint Public Library to support its new youth food pantry.
The food pantry will provide bags for youth and families throughout the week. Complete food packs or individual items can be dropped off at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine Flint Campus (old Flint Journal Building – across the parking lot from the Flint Farmers’ Market).
Food Pack Items:
- 2 Oatmeal packs
- 2 Shelf stable lunch/dinner meals (Ramen or Instant Mac & Cheese)
- 1 Canned vegetable
- 1 Salty snack item (Chips, pretzels, crackers)
- 1 Fruit Cup
- 2 Drinks (one water and one bottled juice)
